In recent years, the main character of snack bars is usually gimbap, and “gimbap” is often included in the franchise name below. However, in this case, they do not sell only gimbap, but they are often snack bars with gimbap. Recently, there are also restaurants that specialize only in gimbap. In the case of tteokbokki restaurants, there are many places that sell only tteokbokki + fried food, and even soondae.
Its strength is that it comes out cheap and fast, so it is often in front of schools/companies targeting students who do not have money or office workers who have short lunch hours. Business hours are also open from lunch time according to the target group.
